Legal Consultation (Property, Probate, Employment, immigration) fee £100 plus VAT
Our fee for applying for Grant of Probate or letters of Administration for Excepted Estate that is when Inheritance Tax does not have to be paid on a deceased person's Estate in England or Wales is fixed at £2,500.00 plus VAT. This will include obtaining all the required information about the deceased's Estate, writing to all stakeholders and filling out the required IHT forms and the oath for Executors or Administrator as the case may be. This is overseen by our Solicitor, Victor Aigbogun.
The likely disbursement of the Probate fee are £155 and cost per sealed copy is £1.00 and no fees if the value of the estate is less than £5,000.00

Land registration fee: This varies depending on value of land and can be found on the land registry website (to be advised)
Local authority search: Required to provide information held by the relevant council on the land in question. This ranges between £100 to £200 pounds plus vat.
Stamp Duty land Tax: Again depending on the status of the buyer that is whether the buyer is first time buyer or not and the value of the land (to be advised).
